Order online! Our website is fast, simple and secure! Online ordering is available 24 hours a day. You don't need to become a member to get great deals with us. Payment is made via a secure, 3rd party website - Sage Pay, who authenticate the card details. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. If your credit card is part of the 3D Secure scheme and you have a password already setup you can enter that during the payment process. If your card is not part of the 3D Secure scheme, or your do not have a password set you can 'Skip' the 3D Secure screen. Your bank account will then be debited under the transaction 'Greensquares Products Ltd a registered company in England and Wales – reg. no. 5224758.

Shops? Can I visit a shop? A selection our products are exclusive to our website - this helps keep the costs to our customers low. However, a selection of products are available for viewing at our showroom located in our offices in Cardiff and a small showroom in Wokingham, Berkshire, please call 029 2037 1584 to make an appointment for either of our showrooms.

What are my Payment Options?Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including: Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer then please call our office and we can process your order over the phone – call 029 2037 1584. Please note this will delay the delivery of your order as we have to receive cleared funds before we can despatch goods.
Please Note: We will delay your order until the cheque has cleared, normally 3 working days from the date we receive the cheque. Orders placed by credit card will be processed immediately.
After your order has been completed we will send a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. The email will have a subject field called, 'Order Confirmation'. This will contain the details of your order including the order number and should be checked and retained for your records. If you find an error in your order please contact us, quoting your order number, as soon as possible.
If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours, please contact us to confirm that the transaction has been completed successfully.
Home delivery information
Many of our products are FREE DELIVERY and we deliver to the address of your choice - your goods can be delivered straight to your home, your workplace or to a neighbour, whichever is most convenient for you - just let us know your requirements when ordering.
We have two delivery services
Please note that your order is made up of a combination of items / delivery services, deliveries may be made separately.
Smaller items - delivered by 1 person.
Smaller items that can be carried by one person will usually be delivered between Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7.00am - 8.00pm.
The exact delivery dates available for your order will depend on the delivery address and time you place the order. For certain items you will be contacted and advised a delivery date but most items will be delivered by courier. If there is nobody home the courier will leave a calling card so you can re-arrange delivery.
Special delivery instructions
A signature is normally required for delivery but if you can’t be in please enter delivery instructions and a contact telephone number so we can call you to arrange a suitable delivery time. We’ll let you know if your order qualifies for special delivery when we confirm stock and delivery dates. If your order qualifies, we’ll do our best to fulfil your instructions, provided we can leave the item(s) in a safe place that is accessible from the delivery address and easy to find (e.g. leave in garage, leave in shed in back garden, etc.) Remember that our drivers aren’t familiar with your house or neighbourhood so be as specific as you can. If your order doesn’t qualify and you can’t be present to sign for delivery, remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, a neighbour’s house etc.
We'll do our best to get your goods to you within the times shown above, but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. Please see individual product information pages for up-to-date delivery lead times on specific items. For all of the above, the delivery dates available for your order will depend on your order details:
If all of your items are in stock, we will deliver within the specified time. We will contact you to advise delivery date.
If some items have to be ordered in for you or are delivered by a third party, a customer service advisor will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as the goods are ready to be dispatched.
Please note that all large items (furniture, heavy pots, garden structures etc) will require a signature for delivery. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items/delivery services, deliveries may be made separately.
If you have ordered several big items they may have different lead times for delivery. We will deliver all of your items together within the longest lead time shown.
How do I arrange a delivery?
Once you've found what you're looking for on our website, just add it all to your trolley and go through the checkout process. It's as simple as that - all we need from you is a delivery address, telephone number, a postcode and your payment details.
An estimated delivery lead time is shown next to each product on this website. We update this daily to reflect the latest stock situation. Please see individual product information pages for detailed delivery lead times on specific items. In all cases, delivery lead times will be confirmed to you within 24 hrs (working days) of receiving your order. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Many items are dispatched to you from our warehouse centres but some larger items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, which will also affect delivery times and conditions. Please see individual product information pages for detailed delivery lead times on specific items. In all cases, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date as soon as stock is ready to be dispatched. Orders and delivery costs placed on this website are for UK mainland (exc. Scottish Highlands & Islands) addresses only. A customer service representative will contact all orders received from Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland to advise delivery lead time and cost.
We know that unexpected things happen and there might be an instance when you can't be at home to receive your delivery. If so, don’t worry. Just call us at least three days before the agreed delivery date and we'll arrange another convenient date with you. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
